TREATMENT EXCLUSIVITY POLICY
Here at OCEANA LUXE, we prioritize providing our valued clients with a serene and undisturbed environment during their appointments. To maintain a relaxing atmosphere and ensure optimum focus on your well-being, we kindly request that no additional individuals accompany you into the treatment room at the time of your appointment.
This policy is up to the providers discretion and allows our dedicated practitioners to concentrate solely on delivering exceptional care and personalized treatments tailored to your specific needs.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it enables us to deliver the highest standard of service and create an environment conducive to your relaxation and rejuvenation.
RECORDING CONSENT POLICY
To ensure everyone’s privacy and maintain a comfortable atmosphere, we have a policy regarding phone usage and recording.
We kindly request that you refrain from recording anv audio or video content in our facility without the explicit consent of the provider involved.
This policy is in place to protect the confidentiality of our clients and uphold professional standards.
CONSULTATIVE FEE POLICY
We kindly require a consultation fee of $100 for all initial appointments. If the client decides to book an appointment, then the $100 fee will go towards the treatment.
If the client does not book, the fee is retained to cover the valuable time and expertise provided by our skilled providers during the visit. Appointments 15 minutes late will result in cancellation and will require resceduling. A second $100 fee will be charged.
Cancellation within the 24 hours is non-refundable.
MEDICAL POLICY
We understand that unforeseen medical circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in providing your medical records in a timely manner to [email protected].
Your commitment to this policy helps us optimize our scheduling and offer our services to other clients in need.
Please note that failure to email your medical records within the specified timeframe may result in a cancellation fee, as it hinders our ability to adjust our resources accordingly.
PRINCIPLES OF TRUST & TRANSPARENCY
The first principle of OCEANA LUXE is to work closely with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their specific needs and goals. This means that the treatments we provide should be developed and applied in ways that enhance and improve a person’s overall health and wellness.
The second principle is to protect our clients privacy. We will keep all health information at OCEANA LUXE confidential. Creating a safe space for our clients to feel protected while trying to become the best version of themselves is our goal.
The third principle is to be transparent. OCEANA LUXE strives to be proactively candid and honest about all of our treatments potential harms, accidental or otherwise, and work to fully educate our clients about any potential risks.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments 15 minutes late will result in cancellation and will be charged a 50% service fee. A 24 notice for cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost. A no show/no call on the day of service results in a 100% fee of the treatment cost. All sales are final.
A membership cancellation within 24 hours or no call/no show will result in the forfeiture of the monthly membership credit. Emerald memberships will forfeit their access to treatments for the month. A no show/no call on the day of service will result in the forfeiture of injectables or massage for the month.
We respect our providers time as they are booked weeks ahead, and we have a waiting list. Last minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policv. This will allow the OCEANA LUXE team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future clients as well as valuing our team members time.
By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
All policies at OCEANA LUXE are subject to change.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
RETAIL POLICY
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. No refund on Gift Certificates purchases.
CHILDREN POLICY
Here at OCEANA LUXE, we love babies and children. however. we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. We also ask that you please do not bring any children to the spa that are unsupervised or left waiting in the waiting room. This ensures the safety or your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients.
