Cancellation Policy

A 24 notice for cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost. A no show/no call on the day of service, results in a 100% fee of the treatment cost. All sales are final. A membership cancellation within 24 hours or no call/no show will result in the forfeiture of the monthly membership credit. Emerald memberships will forfeit their access to treatments for the month.

If the client cancels within 24 hours three times, they will be required to prepay in full for any future bookings. The amount prepaid is non-refundable. If appointment is rescheduled prior to 24 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services at Oceana Luxe Medspa.

We respect our provides time as they are booked weeks ahead, and we have a waiting list. Last minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the Oceana Luxe team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future clients as well as valuing our team members time.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite varied from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

Children Policy

At Oceana Luxe we love babies and children but we kindly insist that you make arrangements for them during your appointment and do not bring them to the spa. This ensures that everyone that has come to the spa can relax in our environment.
